As part of the high-performing Finance team, your responsibilities will include overseeing the month-end close, general ledger management, and mentorship for junior accountants. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance, you'll ensure compliance through detailed financial processes that meet Clio’s ambitions for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure timely month-end closes
• Develop accounting policies through research and analysis
• Manage audit preparation and coordination
• Lead financial reporting and disclosures
• Streamline accounting operations for efficiency

Requirements:
• CPA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Solid expertise in US GAAP/IFRS required
• Experience in fast-growing technology firms
• Skilled in managing multi-entity financial operations
• Familiarity with ERP software for process automation
