Key Responsibilities:
• Validate project compliance with construction plans and quality codes
• Review and update project schedules, mitigating delays effectively
• Provide estimates for activities and materials across projects




• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Assist with subcontractor selection and procurement decisions

Requirements:
• 15 years’ experience in powerline construction, including 5+ as superintendent
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of construction practices and budgeting
• Ability to proactively solve constructability issues
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
