The Head of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling plays a vital role during both project execution and operational phases at Woodfibre LNG. This position requires an experienced leader skilled in planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance activities. You will enhance the end-to-end work management process, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance execution aligned with the asset management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance work management and ensure SAP/CMMS effectiveness
• Develop and maintain the Planning & Scheduling strategy




• Establish robust KPI frameworks for maintenance
• Mentor Planning & Scheduling team members
• Collaborate with IT/SAP teams for system improvements

Requirements:
• 10-15 years in Oil & Gas Production Facilities
• 3-5 years in planning leadership
• Expertise in CMMS, preferably SAP
• Interprovincial Journeyperson ticket or degree/diploma in Engineering
• Solid planning and organizational skills
