Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of structural and miscellaneous steel projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate efforts with fabrication and erection teams
• Lead negotiations on contract and design changes
• Mentor junior staff and enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale steel projects
• Experience with $10M+ infrastructure initiatives
• Proficiency in contractual and scheduling analysis
• Robust understanding of non-destructive testing protocols
• P.Eng. designation or PMP certification preferred
