What is the opportunity?
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and manage deposit products within our US cash management portfolio, including specialized offerings such as DACAs, Blocked Accounts, Escrows, and other emerging niche deposit products. This role combines strategic product development with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to build deep expertise in complex, high-value products while developing leadership capabilities for progression into broader deposits and cash management product role.
What will you do?
Product Strategy & Development
Define and execute product roadmaps for specialized deposit offerings, leveraging market research and cross-functional insights to identify opportunities and client needs. Translate business requirements into prioritized backlogs and technical specifications for engineering delivery.
Operational Excellence & Scalability
Build scalable operational foundations by establishing product requirements, workflows, and implementation frameworks. Drive continuous process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency and enhance client experience.
Compliance & Risk Management
Embed regulatory requirements into product design, documentation, and risk assessments from inception. Maintain audit readiness through proactive monitoring of regulatory changes, examination support, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
7+ years in institutional or transaction banking (sales, product, or operations) with knowledge of commercial deposits or cash management products.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Learnability & Execution: Hunger to master deposit and liquidity products; comfort with steep learning curves; proficiency with productivity, analytical, and AI-based tools to drive efficiency; ability to deliver results in competing-priority environments
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills with demonstrated expertise in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations; ability to translate complex products into clear,
visually effective narratives for internal and external stakeholders relative to the participants and audience engaged; experience leveraging AI tools to enhance clarity and impact
Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales without formal authority; skilled at leveraging AI-driven tools and data to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and accelerate consensus-building
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency with analytical, visualization, and AI-based tools; capacity to synthesize complex information into actionable insights supported by data-driven presentations and AI-enhanced analysis
Ownership: Taking responsibility for end-to-end outcomes and solutions; ensuring deliverables—including presentations and analyses—meet stakeholder expectations and business requirements; committed to adopting emerging tools and technologies to maximize team efficiency
Nice to have:
Direct experience with specialized deposit products: Control Agreements, Blocked / Pledge Accounts, Escrow and Trust or similar offerings
Experience in institutional banking, transactional banking, or enterprise cash management
Hands-on experience in agile product management, including user story creation and backlog management
Working experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Mural and Figma.
Familiarity with technology-driven product management or operations

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00
