In this position, you will engage with senior leadership to interpret legal requirements, enhance risk management, and support sustainable growth in animal nutrition and aquafeed. Your contributions will be crucial in elevating governance and operational prowess.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and compliance advisory to business units
• Engage with leaders to promote proactive solutions
• Create templates and resources for self-service legal matters




• Coordinate external legal support efficiently
• Facilitate training sessions and internal monitoring

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree; licensed to practice law in Canada or USA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a global legal setting
• Strong grasp of corporate law; food law knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with legal tech and M&A; projects
• Proficient in English; French is a bonus
