DistillerSR is looking for a VP, Solution Delivery to elevate our service offerings to SaaS clientele within the life sciences market. The position encompasses leadership of onboarding, support, and training initiatives while ensuring P&L; responsibilities are met. Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering to create holistic and impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and direct P&L; for service delivery solutions
• Lead implementation, support, and training teams
• Build operational rhythms in partnership with Finance




• Maintain high standards of customer engagement
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:
• 10 years in leadership with services/delivery focus
• Background in regulated life sciences services
• Driven by a background in either Business or Computer Science
• Exceptional communication and cooperative skills
• Experience across global markets and enterprise clients
