Lead HR initiatives with Banyan Capital Partners as the Director of Human Resources. This pivotal role requires strategic planning, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, all from our Mississauga office.

As the senior-most HR leader, you will report to the CFO while shaping the HR function from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include developing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing organizational design, and driving talent development. A key focus will be on enhancing employee engagement and establishing robust HR operations in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategies and the multi-year people roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership




• Supervise talent acquisition and onboarding processes
• Build organization-wide succession plans
• Lead HR operations and analytics for data-driven decisions

Requirements:
• 12+ years in HR, with 5+ years in senior roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Deep knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Experience building HR functions from scratch
• Familiarity with private equity-backed environments
