Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Workforce Planning solutions
• Mentor Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants to enhance client delivery
• Set industry standards and consulting best practices




• Collaborate across departments for successful project outcomes
• Build strong relationships with C-suite executives during client engagements

Requirements:
• At least 10 years in HR tech or consulting management
• History of successfully leading large enterprise service initiatives
• Robust understanding of workforce analytics and planning
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for global client engagements
