Your work will involve drafting and negotiating legal documents, representing FMB in various proceedings, and advising on governance matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee corporate governance and legal compliance
• Provide legal counsel for Board and organizational activities
• Draft, review,



and negotiate essential contracts
• Collaborate with external legal and government representatives
• Assess legal risks and develop proactive solutions

Requirements:
• LLB or JD with active membership in a Law Society
• 10+ years of pertinent legal experience
• Strong knowledge of ATIP and Indigenous legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work outside regular hours if needed
