Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety investigations and regulatory compliance
• Develop relationships with government and industry leaders
• Coordinate OHS practices across Iqaluit and Yellowknife
• Manage financial planning and resource allocation
• Promote workplace safety through education and advocacy
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety
• CRSP certification is mandatory
• Minimum five years’ progressive experience
• Three years in a senior management role
• Class 5 driver’s license required
