• Support clients in accessing community health services

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work with 2+ years of experience
• Skills in motivational interviewing and psycho-social assessment
• Understanding of trauma and family systems
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to obtain First Aid certification
