Enhance patient experiences as a Specialist in Patient Family Centred Care with Saskatchewan Health Authority in Regina. This full time temporary role focuses on patient engagement and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
As a PFCC Specialist, you will work with the Director and various departments to implement strategies that recognize patients as partners in care. Your leadership will play a critical role in aligning initiatives with SHA’s mission of prioritizing patients. This involves engaging extensively with teams for effective care delivery and organizational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement PFCC strategies organization-wide • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams • Engage patients and stakeholders in care processes • Align initiatives with the firm mandate of Patients First • Facilitate communication across governance structures
Requirements: • Minimum five years of leadership experience • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder settings • Valid Class 5 driver's license required • Degree or diploma in relevant fields • Skills in critical and analytical thinking essential
