As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will oversee all engineering aspects for feeder and piping design in Candu reactors. Reporting directly to the Director of Reactor Components, you will ensure adherence to standards like CSA N285 and ASME Section III. Your role includes providing technical leadership, mentoring staff, and coordinating resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in feeder/piping design • Develop project scope and define deliverables • Review and approve technical documents and drawings • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA • Interface with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering; 10 years experience • Eligible for Skilled Engineer registration • Experience with piping stress calculations • Familiarity with CSA N285/ASME Section III • Excellent communication and leadership skills
