Position Details
Position: PAINTER
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Type: Full time, Term – 3 year
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Day
Language of Work: English or French
Wage: $36.00
Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable provincial employment standards
Vacation: 2 weeks

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Prepare, clean, repair,



and seal surfaces for painting.
Mix and apply paint, coatings, stains, varnish, and other finishes.
Measure, cut, and install wallpaper or wall fabric.
Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages.
Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, plaster, tiles, and carpentry.
Maintain cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements
Education:
Secondary diploma

Experience:
1 to less than 2 years of experience

Language:
English or French
