Key Responsibilities:
• Document and execute strategic business plans aligned with objectives
• Conduct market research and performance analysis




• Report on execution of strategic initiatives against KPIs
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA preferred
• 5 years of relevant strategy experience
• Proven track record in complex project management
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications
• Solid communication skills to influence decisions
