As a part of the Amazon Compensation Technology Team, you'll be challenged to innovate and design scalable applications that serve Amazonians effectively. This role demands leadership in problem identification, solution design, and execution across a full software development lifecycle. Be a key player in building an impactful compensation system integrated with AWS tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize software for compensation management
• Lead design architecture and contribute valuable code
• Engage with stakeholders to refine product functionalities




• Guide projects from concept through deployment
• Support operational stability with minimal on-call workload

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• 2 years in system design and architecture roles
• Proficiency in various programming languages
• Bachelor's in computer science or similar preferred
• Understanding of software engineering standards and practices
