Required Skills
Hands‑on expertise in IBM MDM (Master Data Management) for managing and governing enterprise data.
Experience in developing and automating BPM Workflows to streamline business processes.
Proficiency in AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, with the ability to develop reusable AI prompts and solutions to improve team productivity.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and troubleshooting within the IBM ecosystem.
Experience working in an Agile development environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to create technical designs and documentation for assigned user stories and projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience with IBM Sterling FileX or equivalent for secure and reliable file transfer solutions.
Familiarity with IBM Filenet or equivalent for enterprise content management and document management solutions.
Knowledge of additional AI and machine learning frameworks or tools that can be integrated into IBM solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud or AWS, and deployment automation.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within IBM technology projects.
Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
