Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the Gallery's strategic goals and development plans
• Collaborate on creative exhibition concepts and projects
• Manage internal and external creative teams effectively
• Direct collection care and curatorial administrative processes
• Strengthen community ties and promote accessibility
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Art History or similar
• Minimum 10 years of senior museum experience
• Proven expertise in exhibition and collection management
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
