In this role, the Senior Manager will oversee consumer bankruptcy and proposal files within BDO’s Personal Debt Solutions team. You'll provide valuable advice on bankruptcy laws, manage recovery processes, and supervise and develop team members. Ongoing communication with debtors and other parties will be crucial for your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bankruptcy and proposal cases efficiently
• Guide clients through current bankruptcy laws and assessments
• Supervise staff, delegating responsibilities as needed




• Facilitate discussions with debtors and creditors
• Build and nurture referral sources for practice growth

Requirements:
• Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee; preference for multi-jurisdictional
• Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Qualified designation
• Comprehensive understanding of insolvency rules
• Ability to manage many tasks effectively
• Willingness to work evenings and travel as necessary
