Alcoa Baie-Comeau is seeking a Chef(fe) de section Santé-sécurité to lead the SSE team and drive safety culture across the plant. You will supervise health-safety-workplace advisors and plant responders, coordinating with plant leadership to safeguard personnel and facilities.
The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of emergency management, risk control and regulatory compliance, including ISO 45001.
