SJC Media is seeking a GTM Applied AI Engineer to spearhead the creation of AI solutions that transform workflows and enhance efficiency in a hybrid setting. This hands-on position is geared towards improving revenue generation.

Your role will primarily focus on developing AI systems that support our go-to-market teams. By closely working with Sales and Marketing, you will identify automation potentials and implement tools that streamline processes. This integration will facilitate better focus on client engagements, ultimately driving higher performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and document revenue-generating workflows thoroughly
• Create scalable AI tools and systems for internal use
• Choose suitable technologies and frameworks for projects




• Write well-structured code using Python or similar languages
• Collaborate with teams to continually improve AI initiatives

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI
• Expertise in Python and agentic design methodologies
• Experience with LLM APIs and automating workflows
• Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts
• Strong skills in conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
