Become a pivotal Senior Scheduler at Metrolinx and advance transportation projects within the Greater Golden Horseshoe. This role focuses on improving scheduling processes for major capital initiatives.

The position within the Capital Projects Group allows you to intertwine planning and scheduling as you develop, maintain, and optimize crucial project timelines. You will work with a dedicated team that values collaboration and innovation in the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring each schedule supports overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project schedules with logic and milestone tracking
• Engage in regular schedule reviews and contractor validations
• Assess schedule performance and identify recovery options




• Integrate multiple project schedules into master schedules
• Prepare detailed status reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in capital project planning
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is essential
• Analytical proficiency in project controls and reporting
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
