Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the CORE function's daily operations and team management
• Establish and enhance operational governance practices
• Monitor and report on facility performance
• Coordinate escalations across multiple operational teams
• Serve as the primary contact during operational incidents
Requirements:
• Engineering or Operations Management degree preferred
• At least 7 years in operations or reliability management
• Experience with industrial control systems
• Robust analytical and leadership abilities
• Need for valid driver's license due to travel
