You will build the FDE team's culture and methodologies while delivering customized AI agents that integrate smoothly into existing systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish standard practices for the FDE team
• Work with customers to enhance L&D; workflows
• Create and implement custom AI solutions




• Evolve the platform based on customer insights
• Manage end-to-end product development

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software product development
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Aptitude for dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
• Experience with contemporary development technologies
• Knowledge of AI systems architecture is a plus
