As the ATM Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will manage a fleet of ~4,000 ATMs while ensuring 99.7% system availability. The role emphasizes strategic leadership and technical expertise in ATM operations and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive operational excellence through process optimization and incident management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the final escalation point for outages
• Lead continuous improvement for ATM operations
• Manage deployment and compliance of IT systems
• Oversee reliability of hardware,
software, and network
• Coordinate new infrastructure implementations
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in financial services technology
• Proven track record in team leadership
• Robust experience with Active Directory and scripting
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ITIL
• Familiarity with banking compliance and reporting tools
