Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent experience
• Over 8 years in talent acquisition, preferably in tech
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting analytics tools
• Understanding Canadian employment practices, Ontario preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
