In this full-time temporary position, you will work weekdays at the West Park Healthcare Centre, contributing to vital patient health outcomes. Your responsibilities encompass comprehensive assessments, care planning, and cooperative practice with healthcare teams to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage patient-care effectively
• Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement health promotion activities
• Engage in quality management and improvement initiatives
• Provide coaching to peers and interprofessional colleagues

Requirements:
• Masters degree in Nursing with NP-Adult or NP-PHC
• Active RN (EC) registration in Ontario
• Minimum three years’ experience in nursing extended class
• Expertise in respiratory care and research practices
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
