Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 12–20 sales reps in the field
• Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and sales strategy ability
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and cooperative skills
• Ability to travel frequently and lift heavy items
