This role requires you to coordinate daily activities of Heavy Duty Mechanics, ensuring effective communication and adherence to maintenance schedules. Overseeing preventative measures, you will manage unplanned repairs and facilitate compliance with regulations. Solid leadership and a commitment to safety are paramount as you support your team in diagnosing equipment issues and securing necessary parts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to maintenance teams
• Oversee preventative and emergency maintenance




• Schedule equipment inspections to meet compliance
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment faults
• Manage procurement of necessary maintenance tools

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification required
• Familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance standards
• Ability to work independently and lead effectively
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License and CSTS-2020 certification
