Job Title: Asset Reliability Lead

What you will be doing:
Leads and maintains the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical instructions, and reference documentation.
Leads technical, operational, and maintenance reviews of current and future system states by means of document/drawing reviews, focused studies, investigations, and audits, to ensure business objectives and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Builds and maintains asset management plans and policy that provide line of sight to the corporate objects and operational needs.
Manages procedures to ensure document and change control measures are maintained for compliancy and reporting.
Utilize various data and analytic systems and platforms to determine performance and efficiency of current assets, systems, and technologies.
Liaise with internal and external resources having a wide-range of technical and trades backgrounds to drive continuous improvement efforts
What you must have:
Red Seal Certification with 10 years’ progressive experience, preference given for experience in a supervisory position overseeing construction or maintenance in a large commercial or industrial setting.
Experience in asset lifecycle development and management including definition, selection, procurement, design and installation, commissioning, maintenance, and recapitalization.
Proven work experience related to airport facilities including heating and cooling systems, conveyors, lighting controls and automation is a plus
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting and facilitating field reviews and inspections as part of asset lifecycle assessments and repairs.
Strong self-starter capable of taking initiatives and working under pressure.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision or direction.
Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 – $112,500.00
