As a Senior Implementation Manager based in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary, you will spearhead the implementation process for Clio’s key clients. Your role involves developing detailed project plans, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring user adoption through effective training and support. You will utilize your deep understanding of legal technology to enhance client experiences and drive satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans
• Facilitate training and support for clients during onboarding
• Engage with executive stakeholders and provide updates




• Address potential risks with proactive strategies
• Enhance customer implementation services based on feedback

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in project management or implementation
• Robust interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care
• Experience in the legal technology sector is preferred
• Proficiency in creating and adapting implementation plans
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
