Our client is actively seeking a Capital Project Engineer who brings 7+ years of Project Engineering experience in high-speed consumer packaged goods environments. In this role, you will lead capital forecasting initiatives and manage technical projects from design through start-up, focusing on compliance and quality standards. Your role will also involve optimizing manufacturing practices using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage capital projects across manufacturing
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and safety standards




• Coordinate contractor management and project execution
• Provide regular updates on schedules and budgets to stakeholders
• Perform root cause analyses to resolve technical issues

Requirements:
• 7+ years as a Project Engineer in CPG manufacturing
• Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation and commissioning
