Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead IT Operations & Services team

Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant discipline
• 7-10 years in IT service delivery roles
• 3+ years in team leadership positions
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks
