The Instructor will work on a one+ year contract, facilitating Outreach programs aimed at empowering Indigenous individuals for careers in trades. Essential skills include delivering curriculum-driven math and science instruction and conducting workshops that enhance job readiness. You will create an encouraging atmosphere for learning that prepares students for success in skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate math and science classes for grades 9-10
• Conduct career skills workshops for job seekers
• Provide additional tutoring for struggling students
• Organize lesson materials well in advance
• Maintain attendance records and student data

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience with Indigenous communities
• Teaching experience in math or science preferred
• Education degree or diploma preferred
• Vehicle required for travel to communities
