In this role, you will be the main point of accountability for AI Enablement within Electric Mind. You’ll lead efforts to coach Tech Leads and architects, ensuring AI techniques are consistently applied across various client engagements. This position requires a solid background in engineering and the ability to drive meaningful change through disciplined review and integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop capabilities of senior technical roles




• Manage integration of QE into the AI delivery model
• Ensure rigorous review processes for all deliverables
• Report and resolve technical challenges across teams

Requirements:
• Solid senior leadership experience in tech

• Ability to enforce quality through reviews
• Skilled in identifying architecture and technical problems
