In this position, you'll provide essential services like IV therapy, wound care, and palliative nursing in Simcoe and neighboring regions. The focus is on patient-centered care, supporting both the individuals and families you serve, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve health goals. You'll receive support for your ongoing development and clinical excellence in this nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer home care and support in community settings
• Engage in clinical procedures, including tube feeding




• Work within interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes
• Facilitate client navigation to necessary resources
• Provide mentorship and ensure high standards of care

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Clear Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license needed
• Hold valid Professional Liability Insurance
• Must be able to work 3-5 days a week and on-call
