Key Responsibilities:
• Perform medical assessments and treatment plans
• Offer consultations for Nurse Practitioners as needed
• Aid in charting and participate in case reviews




• Help develop health promotion programs
• Engage in regular meetings and on-call duties

Requirements:
• Medical degree and family medicine certification required
• General license from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Proven experience with vulnerable, complex client populations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Competency in MS Office and medical record systems
