Reporting to the Business Manager for North America, you will lead a team of 8 direct and 130 indirect reports. This role encompasses leading strategies in safety, quality, and productivity while establishing manufacturing standards and ensuring compliance with HSE. You will contribute significantly to the Electrification division by enhancing operational effectiveness and collaborating with various teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
