Become a Construction Site Manager at Aecon, driving the Darlington Current Nuclear Project in Ontario. Manage construction execution while upholding our safety-first culture and commitment to excellence.

You will lead multiple construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety regulations. A minimum of 7 years in civil/structural construction supervision is required, along with experience in nuclear projects. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring risks and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, supporting a culture of accountability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct construction execution and schedule alignment
• Implement safety and quality enhancement programs
• Review and manage project schedules and procurement




• Conduct safety inspections and meetings with crews
• Support training and performance management of teams

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Deep knowledge of nuclear industry standards and practices
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven track record of managing diverse project teams
• Strong focus on compliance and quality assurance
