As the BAS Design Lead, you will spearhead the technical development of Building Automation System designs. You’ll coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and field teams to ensure high quality and cost-efficient designs. Your efforts will contribute to improved design standards and support knowledge sharing within the Major Projects Design Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop conceptual designs for project pursuits
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Installation teams
• Create detailed design drawings and system schematics




• Select optimal controllers and sensors for projects
• Manage design labour budgets effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least three years of BAS design experience
• Experience with HVAC controls and DDC systems
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and Visio
• Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
