Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop treatment interventions
• Facilitate therapeutic group and individual sessions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly




• Provide training in life skills applicable to personal and medical needs
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and research

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• One year experience in mental health settings preferred
• Valid BCCNM registration as RN/RPN
• Strong understanding of mental illness treatments
