This full time role involves leading finance initiatives, enhancing internal controls, and improving financial processes through collaboration across various teams. Your expertise will guide ERP enhancements and drive the implementation of automation tools, ensuring operational readiness and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects
• Identify improvements in financial reporting accuracy
• Manage timelines and stakeholder communication effectively




• Oversee internal control evaluations and risk management
• Advocate for automation and dashboard integration

Requirements:
• CPA designation and a relevant degree required
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or controls
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities
• Proficient in ERP systems, especially Meditech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
