Key Responsibilities:
• Prosecute disciplinary matters before relevant committees
• Lead investigators appointed by the Professional Conduct Committee
• Provide legal guidance throughout investigative processes
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases
• Develop policies that impact the CPA regulatory environment
Requirements:
• Must possess LL.B / J.D. and be a member of the Law Society of Ontario
• 15+ years’ experience in complex litigation and prosecution
• Demonstrated leadership in investigations and legal matters
• High proficiency in negotiation and advocacy
• Strong organizational and digital skills in a rapid-paced setting
