The Senior Supervisor for Rail Fleet Maintenance - Technical Services will ensure high standards in maintenance and servicing of rail equipment. In this role, you'll supervise the Rail Equipment Maintenance Contract, analyze performance, and resolve operational issues. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll contribute to projects that improve customer satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage oversight of rail maintenance contractor’s performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and analyze operational discrepancies
• Guide development of Rail Fleet Asset Management strategies
• Collaborate on maintenance procedures and schedules
• Support budget management for refurbishments and warranty claims
Requirements:
• Engineering Technology diploma or relevant education
• Proven experience in contract compliance in maintenance
• Capacity to obtain a GO Transit Operators Permit
• Adaptability to changing schedules and work conditions
• Fulfill corporate training and safety protocols
