What’sthe opportunity?
TheRBC Assist teamis at the forefront of creating the next generation platform that empowers all teams at RBC to build cutting-edge AI solutions. Our goal is to empower our customers to create transformative AI and ML solutions off data that they securely store in our compliant data platform, to create new and innovative experiences for their customers – all while helping to accelerate RBC’s AI digital transformation.
In this role, you will own specific product capabilities within RBC Assist, working closely with senior PMs and engineering leads to deliver features that improve employee productivity,from requirements definition through launch and iteration.This is a hands-on role focused on execution, user research, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
As a Lead Product Manager,you’llget a chance to build a portfolio of innovative AI and Data platform products for RBC and partner with enterprise teams to use and continuously improve them. You willbe responsible fordefining and delivering products that solve high-impact business problems and driving the strategic product roadmaps for your portfolio with the support of the engineering,advisory,and research teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Product Development
Define ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform shouldbe built, and what business and user problems they willsolve;
Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy andplanning;
Product strategy
Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning, translating strategic priorities into executable featurerequirements;
Define success metrics and track progress against team OKRs
Product Growth
Drive growth and consumption of the platform through the product to achieve our overall productKPIs;
Increase adoption and retention of the platform by understanding product consumption and customerneeds;
Product Evangelism
Drive GTM (go to market) excitement and awareness of our platformcapabilitiesacross all enterprise teams atRBC;
Build andshowcaseproduct POCs and demos withengineering;
Stakeholder management
Act as the glue across disciplines and between organizations to ensureRBC Assist’sproduct vision,
strategy,roadmapand progress is clear and transparent across all levels of theorganization;
Communicate product strategy and updates to senior leadership within Lumina and across the enterprise.
You'reour ideal candidate if you have:
At least2-4years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learningproducts;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, orrelatedfield. Master’s or MBA is aplus;
Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features or enterprise productivity tools
Familiarity with agile development practices and working closely with engineering teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to cross-functional partners
Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and willingness to develop deeper technical fluency
Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
Experience working in matrixed organizations is a plus but notrequired
Experience working on UX andfront-enddevelopment.
