Lead the OSEG Foundation's fundraising initiatives as a Senior Manager of Philanthropy. This permanent, full-time position focuses on strategic revenue development through creative donor engagement.

In collaboration with the Executive Director, you will design and implement impactful fundraising strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining donor support. Your role will be central to expanding financial contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations, significantly affecting the community.

Key Responsibilities:



• Formulate integrated fundraising strategies with explicit targets • Manage a robust pipeline of fundraising prospects • Directly solicit donations and develop compelling proposals • Ensure timely donor recognition and stewardship initiatives • Lead database management for donor tracking and reporting

Requirements: • 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualifications • Expertise in fundraising best practices and donor management • Robust storytelling and communication capabilities • Aptitude for handling multiple priorities effectively
