Fitzrovia is seeking a Director for Facilities Management and Technical Services in Toronto, ON. This key leadership role manages operations across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Property Management, you will shape the facilities management strategy, drive performance standards, and enhance operational efficiencies. Engage in budgeting, maintain technical services, and ensure compliance while working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive consistency in service delivery across multi-region operations
• Implement and enhance preventative maintenance programs
• Develop 5-10 year capital plans for asset preservation




• Lead and manage vendor agreements and service contracts
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across sites

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Facilities Management
• 5-10 years of progressive facilities management experience
• Robust knowledge of regulatory standards and building systems
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Effective communicator for stakeholder management
