Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate agreements and workplace policies
• Lead IP strategy, including trademark applications
• Keep corporate documents accurate and up-to-date
• Monitor regulatory compliance and travel laws

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Law (LL.B) or J.D. and active membership
• 1 to 4 years of in-house corporate law experience
• IP experience with trademark classifications
