Drive impactful government relations as the Public Affairs Manager for CPA Canada. This position is designed for strategic thinkers and can be fully remote or hybrid from Toronto.

As the Public Affairs Manager, your key function will be to advance CPA Canada's advocacy strategy and collaborate with government entities. You'll develop strategic communications that amplify CPA Canada's influence while also producing high-quality content like policy recommendations and executive briefing notes. Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of the public affairs ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft messaging that enhances CPA Canada’s reputation
• Identify strategic opportunities for policy influence
• Produce high-impact executive communication and analysis




• Track government priorities to seize advocacy chances
• Align government relations activities with broader objectives

Requirements:
• Over 7 years in public policy or communications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Proven ability to develop effective advocacy strategies
• Familiarity with Canadian political landscape
• Solid writing and communication capabilities
